Interview
Normal. General behavioral questions most of the time. The whole interview time is nearly 4 hours. 4 separate interviews with 4 different managers. So it was a little exhausting at the end. I wish I had some food (and drink) in advance because there was no cafeteria area there and no one offered me any water in between the interviews. I basically moved from one office to another.
The journey began with a screening and progressed to the manager round—a significant step forward. Now, I eagerly await the results, knowing that each moment brings me closer to my goals.

Normal phone interview with a follow up in person, they had me come into the office and meet with potential people from my team. Overall, it was a very seamless process.

Mainly just a conversation about culture, what I was looking for and thoughts on Fifth Third. Was an extremely casual interview, just as much about me fitting in as it was for me evaluating Fifth Third.
