Interview
The interview is straight forward. You will interview with the HR rep first, then potential co-workers, and then your potential boss. The interview questions will be targeted at your knowledge and skills in accounting and basic finance. Be sure to have intelligent questions prepared for the interviewers ahead of time, especially for your potential boss.

Question 1
Just standard accounting questions related to the balance sheet and income statement.
Spoke with four people on the phone via separate, informal "coffee chats." Waited for two weeks and then reached out to recruiter who initially contacted me regarding the position. Did not receive a response back.
The person leading the interview should up to the teams call 20 mins late. Overall, there was anything that stood out as a very difficult question. If anything I felt overprepared by going back and looking into some old accounting and financial basics.

Very efficient process. Applied online and completed email screen. Position was filled before I submitted my application, but received another position suggestion a week later. Had 2 interviews with manager and team lead. Great interviews. Discussed the position and my past experience.
