I think it was just too difficult. To come up with examples for five years experience. This does not give a good feel for who the person truly is.

They were all difficult. Asking for specific examples on a certain aspect of the job. There is no time to think and if you take too long then how does that look.
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
