Interview
It was a sit down interview followed by a short test based on potential submissions. You needed to find potential errors. Then there was an assignment that was emailed to you that you needed to complete. You basically had to create 2 cases that could be given to the user base.

The questions were all pretty standard based on experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Figure 1
Interview
1st i got a call confirming the date and time for the phone screening.
2nd I got a call from the HR dept and it was almost 40 minutes phone screening interview.

I had to take the HR through all the different positions that i held and what did i currently do was also to be explained in specific.
Few questions
1)Why do you want to join a startup like Figure 1.
2) What makes you suitable to the Startup environment.
3)What culture are u expecting.
