Had a scheduled phone interview with a recruiter who couldn’t be bothered to take me off speaker. She couldn’t be bothered to value my time and furthermore didn’t bother to call me back in a timely fashion in which I was promised. Instead I was sent an automated email from the first person who set up the phone interview. I got no explanation or apology. I know I was discriminated against because she heard my young baby in the background. She had a tone about her and didn’t explain things well and caught an attitude about my responses. Don’t know how this person manages to be a “recruiter” when they have such poor people skills.
