Filevine Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

The interview process was fast and well-organized. After applying, I heard back quickly and had my first interview scheduled soon after. I spoke with three BDR/SDR managers in one day, and each conversation felt professional but also very approachable. Everyone I met was kind, direct, and genuinely interested in my background.

This was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I've experienced. The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview twice, only to cancel both times—both just 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting. The second time, I was informed that the position had already been filled, despite never getting the opportunity to interview due to the initial cancellation and reschedule. This lack of consideration, especially after I had spent time preparing, reflects poorly on the company. Based on this experience, I have no interest in applying here again.
