The interview process was simple and the team was lovely! Your point of contact was with a recruiter, which was nice. I did two interviews and one in-person interview with a panel.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Filoli Center
Interview
Two individuals that interviewed me openly scoffed at my responses to some questions and gave the general vibe that they had better things to do than sit down for an interview. The interaction was ok but awkward. Honestly, I was relieved when I never heard back from them about whether or not I got the position or they choose another candidate. The snarky attitudes and poor communication would have been draining.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Filoli Center (Woodside, CA) in Sept 2019
Interview
It started with a breif phone screen and then an invitation to come in for an in person interview. The interview was a standard resume review and background experience questions followed by some "what would you do in this situation?" scenarios. They let me know they would get back to me within the week and I got an offer the next day.
