I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Filtronic (Leeds, England)
Interview
The interview was extremely technical. They expect you to have a high indepth knowledge of all types of filters. In the interview they will show you some of their filters and ask you technical questions on their part. They will drill very deep into your technical abilities. They don't much care about your previous work experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Filtronic (Sedgefield, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview process was a face to face, on site interview. Two interviews were required with different people each time and the whole process was very slow. It took months from initial application at the beginning of June until employment start date at the end of August.
