The interview process was fast and focused. It helped me understand what LeaseQuery does and who they are as a company. We got into deep conversations about what we think is valuable in software development and management, the challenges they are facing and the goals they are trying to achieve, and what kind of manager I want to be. I say the difficulty was average, not because the questions weren’t challenging. They were. But it did not feel difficult because we were aligned on many of the topics we discussed.
