Straightforward - role play and the actual interview which was competency based . It lasted for about 40mins A bit nerve racking when you’re not sure if you’re impressing them or not
I applied online. I interviewed at Financial Conduct Authority (London, England)
Interview
Formulaic interview process with seemingly no room for human interaction from the interviewers. They read pre-prepared questions off a script and didn't offer any response or feedback to my answers. I like interviews to be a two way process, with me finding out about my potential future employer and colleagues as much as them finding out about me, but this was a very one way process.

Haven't had interview yet, still waiting upon a reply. Hopefully should come back soon. But the initial test online was okay, it was called Verigy G+ - I thought I failed it but got through to the next stage.
