I had a telephone interview with a senior member of the HR team. We had a good conversation and I was told that I would be contacted the following week. That was about 6 weeks ago and I’m still waiting to hear back. The HR team sets the tone of how people should be treated in a company. It’s astonishing and quite frankly extremely disrespectful that a candidate should be waiting for feedback, even a courteous thanks but no thanks email from a hiring manager, let alone a senior member of the HR team.
