I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Finanz Informatik Solutions Plus (Frankfurt am Main) in Dec 2019
Interview
I had two meetings with them, once in person (then got personal invitation to send my CV via email to HR, who was also present at the first encounter) and one on the phone. The atmosphere from the interviewers side was tense and strict. One of the guys was in his 50ies. The interviewers were not friendly, more like looking down on me disrespectfully. They tried to talk my skillset down as if it wasnt worth that much for what they were looking for. So I'm asking myself why 2 meetings to figure out what was clearly on my CV right from the start? Why sending my CV via email to HR department when head of HR was standing right next to me? I'm not gonna apply there anymore, I got the feeling that their leadership style was more like back in the 1960ies than suitable for generation Y. I read reviews about them on the internet on another review platform which say that FI-SP tend to authoritarian leadership so what I encountered wasn't that big of a surprise...
