Interview
Had a great first round with the hiring manager and they scheduled the follow-up interview with the team members. The interview with the team members was completely opposite of the experience with the hiring manager. The requirement and job profile discussed with the hiring manager was entirely different from what was said in the second round. The interview panel member was also unprofessional and unethical the way they reached out to do background check out of the official means.
Too many interviews (8 rounds) for a mid-level position that did not require having so many interviews. Many interviewers asked the same exact questions. Had to complete several assessments prior to even interviewing.

Interview
It was a good experience. You will be having 3 rounds of interview. First, probably with the recruiter, second, with the Hiring Manager, and lastly with the Regional Director. It was a fun interview.
