I had about 50 mins of interview with HR asking me about my entire life and about my salary: it felt like I was asking for a mortgage. After this exhausting interview, I was expecting a local technical interview, but they prepared a Skype call to their colleagues in Bari.
They firstly asked about my present project and asked me about Java lang and architecture; thereafter they inquired about a project I made for one of their clients and it felt very suspicious (almost like an interview about why my company worked with their client); then again they asked about lots of tools and development processes.
All these tech questions were, for the most part, VERY ambiguous (usually an answer wasn't enough.. it's like they didn't want 1 or 2 answers.. they wanted always the other way around), but for the most part, the coding questions have been about 1/10th of the entire interview. Tech interview lasted about 50 mins. They clearly wanted someone that could work overtime and during weekends: I wasn't up for that as it seemed common policy for them (they clearly didn't like my answer and the interview finished).
I felt stupid as I had a lot to say about coding (not about development processes) and the answers weren't always the ones they wanted to hear.
