The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Finish Line in Jul 2010
Interview
I applied to the company during July of 2010, a couple of days later the manager called me and asked me if i can make it to an interview if i was still interested. During the interview I was asked basic questions like describing my strengths and weaknesses, why i wanted to work there and how often i stop by the store. Also i was asked to talk to customers to present my skills in retail.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history
interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
The interview process typically includes an initial phone screening, followed by one or more interviews with team members or managers, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit, with potential for final-round evaluations.
