4 Stages: (1) Informal chat with Head of Engineering (great first impression, understanding of skillset, great welcome and professionalism). (2) Screening call from HR (formal but still welcoming). (3) Situational interview questions with Head of Engineering and HR (casual, helpful and want to draw the best from a candidate)………………. (4) CV review with senior ops panel (this felt unprofessional with an inexperienced panel and unfortunately exposed a toxic tone and blame culture)
