Finnigan's Pub interview questions

I've had 2 interviews about 1 yr apart in 2 locations, management is very specific about what type of girls they want to hire. There are no people of color hired, just blonde caucasian girls. I have 5 years of server experience, open availability, lived 2 minutes away, and very reliable, yet the girl who was interviewed after me, got the position- with no server experience. (she is a friend-that is how i know she got the position). Pretty glad I wasn't hired, seems like it would be a hostile environment for a POC.
