Firelands Regional Medical Center, will blacklist applicants. They won't even give nurses an interview that did clinicals there, no matter how many applications you fill out. They will not allow you to submit applications for the same unit within 1 year time. So, if they don't five you an interview for that unit, you might as well as forget about it and move on with your life
