Firespring interview questions

I thought the interview process was streamlined and overall very positive. Everybody I spoke to was very kind and friendly. The initial interview was a call which was mostly about them telling me the details of the role. The second was a video call with the CD with more questions about me and my experience.

They care much more about your personality and fit than your resume. They are overall a close knit company with large company ambitions and general feel. I recommend this company.
