Recruiter Interview went well later I got an email saying profile does not match requirements. I don’t understand why would they call when profile doesn’t even match in the first place.

General background questions - experience, salary expectations and reason for applying
Spoke with the HR representative over the phone and got a great feel for the role. Following the phone call, I was emailed to come into the office to meet with the team. Had an opportunity to get to know them, ask questions and see the office. Everyone was super friendly, enthusiastic and made my experience very positive.
