First interview was on Dec 17th 2021, Recruiter was very nice and easy to talk to, she sounded very excited to hear about my background and very engaged with the interview process, she set up the second round with HM for Dec 27th due to the holidays, final round was with the entire team on Jan 4th, after that final round I was completely ghosted, I sent a follow up email to find out about any updates, recruiter said I should have an update by the end of the day and never got back to me. It is part of job search process to get rejected but people please keep your candidates updated, specially if its someone that made it to the final round.
