One call with HR followed by two rounds of interviews with Operations Managers who lead 4 separate groups. Was unclear about timeline, but after an email it was clarified. Very responsive to email and questions. They're a huge fan of smart questions and talking to other people at the company in different roles was very helpful to understand their culture and what they were looking for.

Introductory interview with a recruiter before moving on to a few stages of interviews with team members. People were very friendly and led the interviews well. With that being said they are looking for thorough knowledge of the company and for folks to be on board with the culture
