Selection process with HR to access capability, culture fit and experience, followed by meetings with Partners and COO to access skills, HR knowledge, understanding of the company and issues it faces as well as cultural fit.

Interview
Lengthy and disorganized, it began well but as I met more people, more information came out. Although most of the staff were pleasant, it seemed as though they were not coordinating with one another. The required hours and commitment were unclear and, as they got clearer, it was obvious that the job wasn't for me.
