Interview was very laid back with some technical questions. The technical questions that were asked were skill level appropriate for the job title. These would include questions about C#, SQL, and various other technologies related the Microsoft development stack.

You introduce yourself, they introduce themselves(3 others). Explain your skills and then they ask you some coding related questions. I wasnt prepared for those but they dont seem to care if you have projects only if you can answer their questions.
