First Bank (PR) interview questions

I had a "technical interview" where the HR asked almost all the questions. The only tech questions were related to SQL and Python proficiency levels on a 1 to 3 scale kind of question. I am uncertain how this question would help determine the candidate's level of knowledge or fit for the role.
