It involves 3 stages. Interview with HR for fit, then interview with team members and then the last stage is the interview with someone in the top management. In the final stage, you discuss employee fit again , why you want to leave your current job and your vision for the company

It was a 1:1 interview with the team lead which was brief and straight to the point. Asked about my software testing experience on previous projects and also asked some scenario based question about working with teams and other stakeholders
