The interview process felt awkward and unstructured, with limited engagement and little insight into the role or team. Communication afterward was poor. I was told I would hear back by a certain date but did not, with no updates in between. Clearer communication and a more organized interview process would improve the candidate experience.

Applied online via the website. Received a from the HR department. They set up the time and date of the interview. Had the interview. A day or so later I got a call from HR with an offer. Accepted the offer and began the onboarding process.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews, recruiter, manager, and director. These were each held virtually at the time. Each interview was anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. The process moved rather quickly.
