2 Rounds - 1st with the manager and 2nd with the entire team + CISO. My interview lasted for about 30-45mins. You will be asked to describe your experience and what you are currently working on. Everything up until the interview process was smooth. Scheduling and all. It as after final interview when the problem started. My interview was in the last week of September and I have emailed them every single week since asking for an update but haven't had any luck. All I am asking for is an answer. Is my candidature being accepted or rejected. I've heard some companies interview people just for sake of "interviewing" so that they can come across as an "actively hiring" company. Not sure if that's the case here but if it is, please don't waste your time, mine and also the time of other fellow applicants. I could have invested the time somewhere else, applying for a different position. Some say if you haven't received an update yet, it means you were rejected. I'd say ok. But the least you can do is to tell me officially. Please make sure you follow up with the applicant till the end.. even if it means that you have rejected their application. Its not good to keep someone hanging.
