1 week of teller training before a mentorship at a branch. Training lasts approx 2 weeks.

The interviewers were very friendly, and questions were very applicable to the job. Very reasonable and appropriate for the position that I was applying for. Not many difficult questiond in the interview.

I went in for my interview, I sat with the BCM and we spoke about my experiences with banking, how comfortable I am with cross selling and having sales goals. It lasted about 45 minutes.
