Not the greatest place I would say. Interview it self would take over 5-7 months but very good company to work for and experience. Ego management on the floor they don't care about works only they come downs when there's a issue

Question 1
They asked how well I can run the machine when there's no one available to support you
It was smooth and relaxed. There was an aptitude test. Then we talked for about 20 minutes and finished with a floor walk of the plant and the different araes

interview with HR and then one or two supervisors and then the a call from HR shortly after with the job offer. drug screen and physical in a few days and then orientation.
