First Republic Communications Operations Manager interview questions

Four rounds: had a phone conversation with an HR representative, followed by virtual rounds with the department lead, follwed then by the immediate manager and a person who worked closely with the role being hired. This was during the tail end of COVID; interviews were still largely virtual.
