Interview
This process was very quick and seamless. They knew what they wanted and were focused. The questions were to the point and they could also sit down and have a really good conversation with you. The idea was get to know as many people as you can and then see if you really want to be there so I interviewed with a lot of people.

There were several rounds of interviews (10 plus). Ultimately the process took so long and the business strategy was a bit too narrow so I decided to turn down a strong offer even though I was generally impressed with the leadership team (nepotism aside). And then, they failed a while later. Best decision ever…

They asked detailed questions about my business strategy.
It was lengthy and the communication process wasn't good. I had over 8 interviews and met over eight people. Then they didn't get back to me for two weeks even though I was following up constantly.

Long but helpful, many interviews and great place to work! Miss that place and am grateful for the knowledge it shared me. Will not be able to find another employer like that.
