There was an hour long phone interview with the recruiter. Then a Skype interview was scheduled with 2 people a week later. Both of these interviews went very well. So well that the company requested an onsite interview which involved making flight arrangements. The recruiter obtained all information from me to schedule the flight for the following week. When I never heard back, I inquired only to find that the recruiter had dropped the ball.
