I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Behavioral Interview over the phone by HR then a case problem by the manager at the facility. Behavioral Interview lasted about 25 minutes and the guy was very helpful and kind to talk to. Described the position and asked a few questions about myself and said he would get back to me. Then got in contact with the manager at the facility and had the case question describing what I would do to change a current inefficient process.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv in Oct 2025
Interview
They moved quick with the rounds but gave no feedback. They praised everything I would say but I did not get the job. The second interview with the manager was terrible this manager literally said "what other questions can I ask you" and was not prepared. I felt like I was interviewed just to meet a quota. Director was very late of my interview so I was left with another manager for about 15 mins. Recruiter was bad at communication and I had to follow-up only then was I told I was not selected although she communicated with me the rest of the process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fiserv (Alpharetta, GA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The process was very slow. It took three months to get through. My guess is that people are backing out of acceptances due to the five day a week in office requirement. I was probably a second or third choice.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fiserv (Thāne) in Oct 2023
Interview
I got a call from a consultancy. First round was a video interview. It went well. The subsequent rounds were F2F. Horrible experience. They were hiring for slaves apparently. The leadership exuded pride in making their people slog overtime and over weekends. Thankfully, I did not hear back from them. The interviewers were rude and made weird faces all throughout the interview.
