      I interviewed at Fiserv

      Interview

Met with 4 people. All really nice, seemed great, and asked appropriate questions about my experience. I was told that I should expect to be on-call 7 days a week. I would be committed to being efficient and dedicated while I'm at work and not afraid of hard work or occasionally having to work late, but I'm not a doctor and don't think being on-call 7 days a week is necessary. I need time to recharge without thinking I might be called to do something. Definitely a dated type of expectation/team culture. I received an email from the recruiter that they weren't going to continue with me. I asked if they had any feedback--crickets. I met with 4 people, 1 hour each; the least that could be done is either give feedback or have the hiring manager tell me directly.
