The interview process was more conversational than formal questions one after another. It was a laid back relaxed conversation with 3 different people, 2 person panel, then one on one interview and tour to finish.

Met a recruiter at the career fair, then applied for the job and got called in to tour the plant and describe the project I'd do. They asked me some basic questions, more so about my interests. That was pretty much it, no technical or behavior questions. The process was very casual, and somehow they picked me over other candidates (not sure how).

I interviewed with an HR representative and the R&D Engineering Manager (which is no longer a position, so you will now probably interview directly with an engineer). The interview was not technical as the company understands that the Materials Science curriculum at the UW schools doesn't touch on much that is directly related to Fisher Barton Group's applications.
