Phone interview with HR/recruiter based in America. They asked questions about my background as well as explaining the job in a clear way. Second round is a face to face in the head office where they get into more specifics about the job and ask behavioural questions

Overall fair questions and nice and pleasent converstions, cool team and great company - learning/development opportunities are a big plus

Was fine classic interview questions and style. Two phone calls and two zooms
And I got to get to work and then I’m gonna be home for dinner so I’ll call me after
It was fairly drawn out and long. It seems they really need you to fit just one mold, and are determined to weed you out if you can't. Overall I would prefer a little more freedom in how I conduct myself.
