I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Worked with a recruiting firm who was very flakey. I almost didn't get an interview because twice the recruiter flaked on ME! Was scheduled for a phone interview on a Friday which I purposely scheduled so I could take the call at home. Got an email that morning to reschedule for Monday morning. She didn't call me Monday morning so I thought to myself "forget it". A few weeks later, I got a call from the recruiter: "hey ,I don't think we ever connected". No apology or anything for missing my two appointments.
Yes, this should have been my clue to stay away from this company but I figured, it wasn't actually the company's recruiter that flaked on me. Anyway, I finally got a phone interview with a company recruiter. The conversation went well and scheduled an in person interview. I met individually with who would be my manager and another individual I would be working closely with. Both conversations went well and were about 45-60 minutes each. Then at the end, I was asked to do an exam which both recruiters I spoke with never mentioned this. Fine. Then I wanted for 40 minutes for them to track down a laptop and when I finally got it, I only had 15 minutes to complete the exam. By then my anxiety was so high, I couldn't focus. Spoke with the agency's recruiter afterwards and said "no thank you". If this is how they treat a potential employee, I can't imagine disorganized they are with their work on a regular basis.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
We had an exam for you to take. Would you mind waiting 40 minutes for us to find a laptop?

Interviewed 3 times. Met the VP of group. Agreed to send an offer, verbally offered but never called the next week to send a written offer. Never heard back from the guy or recruiter.
