I had a call with an HR rep. I am not so sure the HR person was the most experienced. I was asked about the company (for which I had done my research) and after I gave my answer, they would sort of repeat what I had just said but the tone was very much like "hmm you clearly didn't do your research". The call was definitely on the shorter side (approx 15 minutes). It felt incredibly dry and impersonal. The HR rep was one of the worst I've ever talked to.
