I went through a screening interview, and I decided not to proceed further. While the benefits were outstanding, several red flags came up. They do not understand recruiting is a 2-way street, and I am equally interviewing them as they interview me. Interviewer asked questions like "have you worked in financial services?" which indicated lack of preparation -- it was on the resume.
