Interview
Quick initial call. Then didn't get an update, ehich they said they will. Had to email back, and then got scheduled a second interview with a senior person. But then, both HR and said senior person ghosted me on the scheduled time and date. Not a very reassuring image for a supposedly prestigious financial learning solutions firm.

Interview
Spoke with a recruiter based out of Montreal in a phone interview about the position, where she asked multiple times if working hybrid out of a city in another province would be an issue. Asked a couple of behavior-style interview questions and then was ghosted after the interview.
Given that ghosting candidates in Ontario is now considered illegal, I figure this is important information to share. Also the recruiter did not have a firm understanding of Canadian geography since they assumed that a 6 hour commute each way three days a week was an appropriate question to ask. Doesn't reflect great on the culture of the organization.

Describe your process for creating learning content.
Are you comfortable working in another city?
I had an initial screening interview and then a second round with the team lead. The first was very discussion based and informal and the second more technical, although still behavioural based with some broader industry questions.
