The interviewers were friendly and the role seemed interesting, but the recruitment process was extremely slow, taking around three months. I reached the final stage but received no follow-up or response to my email requesting feedback despite the time invested in multiple interviews. Better communication and timely updates would have made for a much better candidate experience. The lack of communication was disappointing and left a negative impression of the hiring process.
