Pretty chill' easiest interview ever,
Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Five Guys in Feb 2015
Interview
I heard about the opening of a new Five Guys location that was close to my old job (also at a restaurant) so I walked to Five Guys on the day of open interviews before they began operations. I filled out an application outside, then waited my turn. It was very informal, one on one with an assistant manager. He was straightforward with simple questions, and sent me back to speak with the manager. A couple days later, they called to offer me a position.
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
