very basic. just be your enthausiastic self. do not forget to shine amingst the others in the group interview...let your personality shine.
overall the interview was not really formal, it was more of a get to know me kind of interview
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
