I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Five Rings (New York, NY) in Jun 2013

Interview

Hypothetical questions and changed the scenarios quickly. They were interested in memorization and juggling scenarios. They had excel up on a computer and had you to solve problems...this included relief methods/PnL although he didn't know what a tax lot was and was combining lots for separate securities.

Question 1

I was asked brain teasers for an operations role, this is not something I expected or was very interested in answering. Asked to solve math problems on a white board. They weren't very interested in hearing about my current role, they were more interested in adding pressure and follow-up questions to see how I would react. Gave me a written test at the end to see how well I could memorize a list of key words to answer questions.
