First round was set up quickly (had internal referral) but completely ghosted by them after first interview. No reply to emails. Finally got rejection email 4 months later without any other communication between. Truly awful experience as an applicant. Never want to interview nor work for them in the future.

First call with recruiter, after a technical interview with a guy from United States. Question about how to create a encrypt password algorithm, his audio was bad and the whole process was not good.

How to create an algorithm that encrypt a password.
Easy, quick and straightforward. Nice interviewers and were able to have a nice conversation with them. Composed by 3 interviews. 2 technical and 1 cultural/fit with manager.
Overall was quick and easy process and has the appropriate length.

I passed all stages only to be then notified that they don’t have an opening yet. They generously offered me to wait until next year and see if position is open. Don’t waste people time if you can’t hire them.
