Question 1
Pouvez-vous nous expliquer comment vous géreriez des résultats en difficulté, avec des agents mécontents et des KPIs en baisse ?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fixter (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
I went through three interviews: the first was a telephone interview, followed by two video calls with relevant managers and a written exercise. they kept changing the 3rd interview date due to other priorites and sickness, I found the third interviewer to be unnecessarily pedantic and found fault with information that was not given at the start; she also assumed I was from Liverpool because I had an accent. Her interview style didn't come across as professional or a good reflection of the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fixter in Oct 2022
Interview
Interviewer dug into irrelevant and obscure areas of past experience, expecting detailed answers to parts of work that were unconnected to the job description. Perception was that they already had candidates they wanted to progress and were looking for reasons to exclude. No response for three weeks with no updates in between, suggestive of a company that doesn't really put its people first nor place a lot of value in the individuals they seek to hire.
