Consisted of an interview with a couple members on the team, was based off of prior experiences and education while seeing if the interviewee was a match for the team.

Contacted for an initial telephone interview to assess interest. Once interest was established an in person interview was scheduled within two weeks. Schedule was easy to arrange and timing worked well.
