Interview
Was referred by a previous co-worker and got a call for an in person interview withing 48 hours. Once I was in the interview I was joined by a supervisor and a manager. The manager proceeded to eat a McDonald's meal while the supervisor asked me very basic questions.

The hiring and interview process is pretty standard. I have had times when I've applied and didn't receive any notification as to whether I was being considered, not considered, etc. If you don't hear anything, you just move on.
