Interview
I had a phone interview followed by a meeting with a recruiter. Offer made 3 days later; however, what was discussed as far as commission structure varied extensively from the in person discussion and the verbal offer in comparison to what was given on the offer letter.

Interview
I was called in for one interview. It was a lot of standard questions (tell me about yourself, tell me about your background, tell me about a time you dealt with an upset customer, etc). I was offered a position at the end of the interview. I don’t believe this is the norm, but my colleagues received feedback soon after their interviews!

Interview
Laid back interview. I met with the property manager. He asked me questions about my experience, and we talked about hobbies outside of work. He was very easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable.
